Billin is the online billing tool for the self-employed that saves you time, so you can focus on doing what you know how to do best: your job. Based on the “single click” brand core idea, we developed an identity around the arrow that represents the final step of sending the bill, the moment when the paperwork process ends. The illustrations originate from this arrow and come to life as characters who represent different professions. These illustrations are part of the commercial website, as well as the onboarding and first login for the app, providing users with a fresh, personal landing.

We designed an extensive package of tool icons, situations, and different and complementary processes to support the app’s UI. Customer management is an essential part of Billin’s job, which is why we developed a tone and voice manual focused on understanding user needs in different situations when they use customer service
